WHAT IS LYDIA’S LUNCH BUNCH?
It’s Lewiston-Auburn’s Afternoon Morning Show with Mark, Sara, and Pam! We cover news and events in the greater Lewiston-Auburn area and talk to the people making a difference in our community. Plus, fun and informative recurring segments including Community Spotlights, Famous People Birthdays, and Three Random Questions!
LOCATION
Lydia Media is located on the first floor at 2 Great Falls Plaza in Auburn (the big building across from the Hilton).
PARKING
There are two spots within steps of our main entrance. They are marked with “Reserved for Lydia Media and Evergreen Printing”. Pick one and head on in!
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, you may encounter our security staff: Lydia, the yellow lab who runs the company, and Vinny, the Corgi who may demand a belly rub, depending on his mood. Once you clear security, go straight ahead to the podcast studio in the back room.
THE INTERVIEW
Lydia’s Lunch Bunch is recorded most weekdays at 7am and we usually wrap up by 8am. We aim to make your interview a casual and fun experience. If you feel more comfortable bringing notes or prepared questions, please do, if not, that’s fine, too!
THE EPISODE
The finished product, complete with intro and outro music (yes, we’re fancy), will be available that afternoon for streaming and download at lydiamediallc.com and all major podcast distribution platforms like Apple, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc…
